Return and Exchange Policy:
At zonash.pk, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will offer an exchange or refund within 15 days of purchase. Please note that we only accept returns on products that are in their original packaging and have not been used or damaged by the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your return, we will process the refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team to initiate the exchange. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us, but we will cover the cost of shipping the new product to you.
